Caring for Your Eyewear
We recommend regular maintenance for your eyewear to keep them in top condition. A well-fitting pair of glasses will provide you with lasting comfort and clarity.
To extend the life of your eyewear, use lens cleaner and avoid exposing your glasses to heat, particularly by leaving them in your car's glove box.
Over time, small screws and moving parts may loosen, but we can easily tighten them for you.
For your contact lenses, always follow the provided instructions—your eyes are precious.
We advise storing your glasses in a hard case when not in use, and keeping them out of reach of pets, especially puppies who love to chew on anything that smells like you.
Conditions, Policies & Returns
We take great care in helping you make informed choices when selecting your eyewear, therefore, in line with Consumer Affairs Victoria's regulations, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on frames, and especially ready to wear sunglasses as the potential for scratches is so high.
Our frames, sunglasses, and lenses come with a 12-month warranty for faulty workmanship.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, or improper use or storage.
Prescription lenses made to our optometrist's specifications are covered by a 10-week non-adaptation warranty, as most people adapt to new prescriptions within this time frame.
Please note that contact lenses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the box or seal is broken.
There may be fees for no-show or late cancellations of eye exams, or for unopened contact lens power exchanges.
Lay-by terms are typically six weeks, unless otherwise specified.
We offer the option to re-glaze your frames after assessing their condition, but this is done at your own risk.
When requesting products to be couriered, customers bear the risk and are covered by the courier's policy.
